Tresallyn Riding Stables

Just minutes from Padstow and the village of St Merryn, and set in 300 acres of beautiful North Cornwall countryside, Tresallyn Horse Riding Stables is the ideal place to catch up with some fresh air, wildlife, fabulous coastal views and unspolit quality time with your four-legged friend!

Whether you are learning to ride or an experienced horse person, we at Tresallyn Riding Stables offer lovely, well-behaved horses and ponies to cater for your equestrian needs.

During the main peak weeks of the summer here in Cornwall, Tresallyn take out three horse rides a day - each are an hour long. Two horse rides in the morning and one pony trek at 2:30pm in the afternoon.

Out of season Tresallyn can also offer a two hour ride for the more adventurous rider!

Throughout the week our stables also offer riding lessons in our new 40m x 45m sand school. Riding lessons are taken by our resident, fully trained and experienced, riding instructor and aim to offer high quality lessons in either flatwork or horse jumping - with improvement and progression as paramount.

The lessons can be either individual or as a group and of half an hour or forty five minutes in duration. The sand school or menage is also available for hire to private customers with prior appointment.

At Tresallyn we value our great fun regular local horse riders both adults and children. Saturday is a busy day for these children with Tresallyn always open to ideas and keen to provide extra fun dates on the horse calendar - with Gymkanas, Pony care days, BBQ's etc!!

During the week Tresallyn also strive to offer our regular adults fun with varied adult only horse rides during term time.
