General Information
Bookings
The TIC can book your accommodation for you. Currently the TIC takes a deposit of 10% of the first night which the customer pays and which is deducted from your balance. This applies to both self catering and serviced accommodation alike. It is your choice to take the booking.
Availability
It is essential that all accommodation members update their availability. If you do not enter any availability at all your property will not appear in any searches either in the TIC or on www.padstowlive.com. You are advised to double check your entry on www.padstowlive.com to ensure that the availability you entered is visible to visitors and appears correctly.
PATBF income
PATBF is a non-profit making organisation. It is a member organisation, run by its members, to promote tourism in the area. The two main sources of income are membership fees and the holiday guide. Other sources include booking commission and TIC sales. PATBF uses this money to run the TIC, provide www.padstowlive.com and www.padstow-cornwall.co.uk and to run events e.g. the Christmas Festival. Copies of accounts are available to view in the TIC.
