Beauty and the Beast will be a very lovely tale for all the family with songs and dance and fun! Beauty and the Beast is about one and a half hours long, including an interval and it is aimed at children from 3-9 years old. It will follow the previous Chapterhouse childrens' shows format of a 'play within a play'. The actors take the role of 1940's children who use a dressing-up box and a story-book to perform the tale. The performance will include a pantomime cow called Milky as she makes an appearance in all of the children's shows!

Chapterhouse is encouraging children to dress up in their favourite fairytale costumes. They will be able to join in games and a parade with the actors during the interval.

Road Directions

From Bodmin town centre take the A389 signposted towards Wadebridge. Stay on this road for approximately 3 miles and turn right onto B3266 signed to Camelford and Pencarrow House. Continue for approximately half a mile and turn left into Pencarrow's driveway.
