Waves Rooms

Located in the heart of St. Merryn, just minutes from seven beautiful sandy bays and three miles from Padstow, Waves is a cosy, stylish bolt hole for those in search of affordable luxury.
The accommodation has been stylishly refurbished in hues of white with accents of colour. Simple, clean, fresh and light was our objective. After spending many years travelling and staying in varying degrees of accommodation! Need I say more! We have thought of the things we enjoy when we go away: the basics, done well with some extra special touches.

Located above Waves Restaurant our guest rooms cover two floors. On the first floor, a west facing deck will welcome you into a relaxing communal reading lounge leading through to the landing where two of our rooms ‘the Nook’, an ensuite double and ‘the Cove’, an ensuite twin are both located. There is also a separate WC on this floor. The private, curved staircase up to the second floor brings you to the quaint ‘Bay’ room, full of charm with a 6ft bed and separate private shower room.

At Waves, attention to detail is everything. So you’ll find brand new comfortable mattresses, feather & goose down duvets and pillows with luxurious white Egyptian cotton bed linen. Fluffy, white Christy towels & ‘Cole & Lewis’ luxury complimentary bath products. A flat screen TV with built in dvd player, radio alarm clock with ipod dock and free WiFi internet access throughout the premises and a variety of refreshments available from our licensed restaurant below with 10% discount for residents.

Enjoying the beach lifestyle is also easy at Waves. Not only do we provide secure storage and a area to dry your wetsuits, store your surfboards, golf clubs or even just your good old wellies, we also provide a changing area with hot shower. Arriving back from the beach has never been so simple and convenient – no need to lug all your sandy gear to your room!

Our accommodation has been designed for your comfort and relaxation and after taking months to lovingly refurbish the premises we hope you enjoy your stay.

The Bay
The individual and stylishly decorated ‘Bay’ room has the adaptability of providing our guests with either a luxurious 6ft superking bed or twin 3ft single beds. The Bay room is very private and full of charm. The spacious private shower room provides you with a heated towel rail, illuminated mirror with an electric shaving point, fluffy white Christy towels and luxury Cole & Lewis complimentary bath products. In your room you will also find a hairdryer, refreshments tray with tea & coffee facilities and mineral water. An ironing board and iron are available with prior arrangement.

The Cove
‘The Cove’ is our stylish twin room providing comfortable 3ft single beds, luxurious white Egyptian cotton bed linen and Dorma hypoallergenic, feather & goose down duvets and pillows. Within your room you are provided with ample storage including a wardrobe, drawers and a full length mirror. The spacious, ensuite shower room is equipped with a heated towel rail, fluffy white Christy towels and luxury Cole & Lewis complimentary bath products. You will also find a hairdryer, and refreshments tray with tea & coffee facilities and mineral water. An ironing board and iron are available with prior arrangement.

The Nook
‘The Nook’ is a cosy, delightful double room equipped with a comfortable 4ft 6 bed, Dorma hypoallergenic, feather & goose down duvets and pillows and luxurious white Egyptian cotton bed linen, a wardrobe, console table and full length mirror. The ensuite shower room provides you with a heated towel rail, fluffy white Christy towels and luxury Cole & Lewis complimentary bath products. You will also find a hairdryer, refreshments tray with tea & coffee facilities and mineral water. An ironing board and iron are available with prior arrangement.
