Trevone village lies within an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by open cliffs and farmland. It has a sheltered sandy cove with the famous Round Hole on the cliff top. The beach has a surf shop, a cafe, a lifeguard in season and is popular with swimmers and surfers. There are lovely walks along the coastal footpath and golf, cycling and water sports are nearby. The picturesque fishing port of Padstow home of Rick Steins seafood restaurant is about 1.5 miles away.
Hill Rise is in a quiet cul-de-sac offering spacious, light and airy accommodation comprised of:Downstairs - Back door lobby area for hanging coats and containing gas boiler for heating and hot water leading to well equipped kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. Next to the kitchen is a stylish dining room furnished with pine dresser, table and chairs to seat 6 adults comfortably. A high chair is also available. Countryside views.
The large hall leads to: Lounge of a good size comfortably furnished with sofa, chairs and window seat with feature gas fire, television, video and CD/radio. Large twin bedroom overlooking front garden, pine furnished with two 3ft single beds. Twin bedroom overlooking back garden with two 3ft single beds and hand basin. Travel Cot available. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, wash hand basin. Separate WC.
Stairs to lovely master bedroom, pine furnished with king sized bed. Nice views of the Round Hole, sea and surrounding countryside.
Outside the pretty and spacious gardens are lawned with well stocked borders. There is a private separate garden at the back with table and chairs. Good for bar-b-ques. Plenty of parking on the drive for 2/3 cars and a small garden room which is good for drying wetsuits, surfboards etc.
