Evergreen Lodge

Situated on the Trebetherick headland just behind the magnificent Greenaway cliffs Evergreen Lodge is a spacious well-equipped seaside family house near to Polzeath. Offering adaptable accommodation the property comprises the main house which sleeps 10, including one bedroom and shower room on ground level and an extension for 4 people all on ground level. There is a pleasant lawned garden, a balcony with sea views and ample parking.

Well laid out with excellent kitchen facilities both parts are let together in school holidays for 14 people. At other times the main house is suitable for smaller parties up to 10 people. With full central heating, open fire and comfortable sitting room the house is ideal for use as a holiday base all year round. Short breaks weekend and midweek are available. All linen is provided.
There is easy access by foot to nearby beaches. Daymer Bay is sandy sheltered beach suitable for young children and windsurfers. Polzeath is a must for all surfers and Greenaway offers secluded coves with great rock pools.

St Enodoc and Roserrow golf courses are nearby. Sailing, water skiing and other water activities are available at Rock a few minutes drive away.

A local store with in Trebetherick is three minutes walk from the house. Shops at Polzeath half a mile away and at Rock provide a good variety of fresh and local produce. There are several pubs and restaurants in and near Polzeath.

Many other attractions are within easy reach of this North Cornish area including Padstow a pretty Cornish fishing harbour with the attraction of many eating establishments and made famous by Rick Stein and his Seafood Restaurant. Padstow can be reached by the delightful ferry ride from Rock with a water taxi available for evening trips. Also slightly further away there are many National Trust properties, historical places of interest, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan plus all the delights of the North Cornish Coast...
