Elba is located in a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of Wadebridge,with private off street parking, just 5 miles from Padstow and very close to the Camel Trail. Elba's proprietors, Chris and Ken, offer a warm welcome to their guests whose rooms are furnished with comfortable king size beds, high quality white bed linen, cosy duvets and soft pillows. Hospitality trays are provided with a variety of teas, coffee, biscuits & night time drinks; fresh milk is always available on request.
The spacious guest rooms have a seating area, LCD flat screen TV with integral DVD player. Mobile phone reception is good. Complimentary quality toiletries and luxurious fluffy white towels are provided as well as a hairdryer and ironing facilities. Spectacular views of the Camel Estuary, Padstow and Bodmin Moor can be seen from the rooms.
Breakfast is cooked using cornish produce sourced locally including free range eggs, moreish toasted homemade bread and homemade marmalade. Continental breakfast is an option and Vegetarian and Vegan breakfasts are available on request. Elba B&B is happy to assist guests' dietary requirements or preferences.
The Quarryman pub, recommended in the Good Pub Guide 2011 and AA Pub Guide 2012, is just a few minutes walk away and offers a varied menu. Wadebridge has a wide range of eateries and Padstow is just a 10 minute drive, where many pubs and restaurants can be found offering a good choice of tasty meals.
Elba is a convenient walk to the Royal Cornwall Showground, host to a variety of events during the year.
