The staff at Padstow Tourist Information Centre have excellent knowledge of the accommodation available in Padstow and the surrounding area, so feel free to contact us for further information.
How to Book
There are 4 ways of booking accommodation:
1. Please contact the accommodation provider direct. They will explain their own booking procedure to you.
2. Some of our providers offer an online booking system via this website. Those that do have a green tick and "book online" button by their details. Follow the links. You will need a credit/debit card handy as you will be asked to pay for your stay at the time of booking. You will be sent an automatic email confirmation.
3. If you are having trouble finding somewhere to stay, Padstow Tourist Information Centre offer a free accommodation booking service. Call 01841 533 449 and speak to one of our experienced members of staff. A credit/debit card number is needed as we will also take a 10% deposit.
4. We have several self catering agencies who hav many privately owned self catering properties. Contact one of the agents to arrange your booking.
Book with confidence
All accommodation establishments advertised with the Padstow Tourist Information Centre have been inspected and graded under the National Quality accommodation schemes operated by Visit Britain and the AA.If you are looking for a hotel, guesthouse, self-catering cottage or holiday park, you will be guaranteed quality accommodation. Complaints
In the first instance please take up any complaint with the owner or manager of the establishment concerned. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome please contact the relevant inspecting body. All complaints to inspecting bodies must be put in writing.

The National Accessible Scheme
The National Accessible Scheme (NAS) – run by VisitBritain- is a nationally recognised rating to
ensure that accommodation meets the needs of people with physical and sensory needs. There are 3 categories for mobility impaired and disabled people, visually impaired and blind people and hearing impaired and deaf people. Each category has 2 levels 1 or 2 depending on their facilities.
Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions
- The accommodation detailed in your booking confirmation letter has been booked for you by the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) on behalf of the accommodation establishment and therefore the contract for this booking is directly between you and the accommodation establishment. On arrival you should confirm the price and type of board with the accommodation proprietor.
- The Deposit (which represents the booking commission payable by the accommodation establishment to the TIC) and Booking Fee (if charged) is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.
- If you fail to take up the accommodation or wish to cancel this must be done directly with the accommodation establishment, a cancellation fee may be payable directly to the accommodation establishment.
- Whilst the TIC makes every effort to find suitable accommodation, it cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from this booking, nor for loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment.
- To the best of the TIC's knowledge, the Balance quoted is inclusive of VAT
- Your contact and booking details will be passed to the Accommodation Establishment that we have booked for you.
